  • Generic Return Address: The return address will use a generic business name or initials that do not reveal the nature of our products or business.

  • Odor & Security: All products are securely sealed inside the package to prevent damage and eliminate any detectable odor.

2. Order Processing Time

The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment is separate from the delivery time.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your cryptocurrency payment is fully confirmed.

  • Confirmation: Orders are not processed until the crypto transaction has the required number of blockchain confirmations (typically a few hours, depending on network congestion).

4. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

5. Shipping Restrictions & Requirements

  • Delivery Address: We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. Please verify your address carefully at checkout.

  • P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO: Delivery availability to P.O. Boxes or military addresses may vary by carrier and product. This will be confirmed at checkout.

  • Recipient Requirements: For security and to comply with regulations, we reserve the right to require an Adult Signature upon delivery for certain high-value orders.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage to the packaging and the contents.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors or local delivery officials before contacting us. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as successfully delivered.
